Antioxidants and rosemary essential oil with excellent antioxidant properties can be extracted from rosemary flowers and leaves. First of all, we need to use the rosemary drying machine. The dried rosemary is widely used in medicine, fried foods, oil-rich foods, and the preservation of various oils; while rosemary essence is used in spices, air fresheners, ant repellents, and daily chemical industries such as sterilization and insecticides.

1. Arrange fresh rosemary: separate the picked fresh rosemary stems and leaves, and spread them under ventilation conditions at a room temperature of 30 degrees Celsius for 12 hours.
2. Then cut or crush them and use high-temperature steam to kill the green, or microwave to kill the green, and then kill the enzyme to prevent enzymatic hydrolysis of rosmarinic acid. At the same time, disinfection and color fixation are achieved.
3. Use a rosemary drying machine to dry, set the temperature to 55-60 degrees Celsius, and the humidity to 20%.
Also note: The airflow with water vapor and some essential oils discharged during the drying process passes through the collection device to collect and separate the rosemary essential oil.
