The sunflower seed dryer / Mesh Belt Dryer is a high-efficiency piece of equipment specially used for sunflower seed drying and processing. Our sunflower seed drying machine is widely used in food processing enterprises, agricultural cooperatives, and sunflower seed deep processing. The equipment achieves efficient and uniform drying effect through multi-layer mesh belt conveying and a hot air circulation system, retains the quality of sunflower seeds, and improves the product’s added value.
1. Efficient and uniform drying
Using hot air circulation technology, hot air penetrates the mesh belt from bottom to top to ensure that each sunflower seed is evenly heated and has a good drying effect.
2 . Multi-layer mesh belt design
Adopting a multi-layer mesh belt structure, making full use of vertical space, improves production efficiency and supports large-scale continuous operation.
3 . Accurate temperature control
Equipped with an intelligent temperature and humidity control system, adjust the drying temperature and time according to the characteristics of sunflower seeds to avoid over-drying or quality loss.
4. Energy saving and environmental protection
Adopting an efficient and energy-saving air energy heat pump, gas or electric heating system to reduce energy consumption, and economical and environmentally friendly operation.
5. Durable structure
The whole machine is made of high-quality steel, and key components are made of food-grade stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and meets food processing hygiene standards.
