Introduction of the ginger powder processing line

The ginger powder processing line is a multi-layer continuous drying processing line developed and produced based on the traditional mesh belt dryer, according to the ginger drying process. This ginger drying and grinding production line is highly targeted and practical, can be customized on demand, has a large drying output, supports a variety of heat sources, and effectively saves energy costs and labor costs.

The whole set of ginger drying production line includes a feeding machine, a washing machine, a peeling machine, a slicing machine, and a drying machine. It can also be equipped with grinding mill equipment and a packaging machine according to customer conditions.

Working principle of the ginger drying and grinding processing line

1. Pour the ginger into the feeding conveyor and transport it to the washing machine.

2. The bubble washing machine removes the dirt from the ginger itself under the action of high-pressure spray and bubbles.

3. Remove the ginger skin through the friction of the brush washing machine (washing peeling machine).

4. The slicing machine rotates at high speed to cut the ginger into slices of about 5mm. The slice thickness can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

5. The ginger slices enter the mesh belt dryer and fall layer by layer along the mesh belt. Finally, the dried ginger slices are transported to the storage equipment through the discharging conveyor for the next step, or directly bagged and stored.
