• uniform in size


2 Washing and Peeling

Apples are washed and peeled before slicing.


3 Slicing

The apples are cut into thin slices.

4–6 mm.


4 Drying

Apple slices are dried using industrial drying equipment.

Typical drying conditions:

55–65°C

Drying time
5–8 hours.
