  • “S” Path Drying: The material travels through 5–7 layers of SUS304 stainless steel belts. As the shreds drop from one layer to the next, they are naturally flipped, ensuring 360-degree exposure to the airflow.

  • Uniformity: This prevents “clumping” of the fish shreds, which is a common issue in traditional tray drying.
