Stage 1: Bulk Material Handling & Pre-Cleaning

  • Heavy-Duty Wheel Loader Infeed: Freshly harvested raw green cypress cones are unloaded directly into bulk storage heaps. A heavy wheel loader scoops bulk material directly into the main steel receiving hopper.

  • Rotary Drum Cleaning Screen: Cones pass through a high-torque rotary drum trommel that filters out twigs, leaves, clumped soil, and unwanted debris prior to drying.

  • Zoned Hot-Air Convection Chamber: The material cascades smoothly down through multi-tier S-shaped stainless steel mesh belts. Gentle, temperature-controlled forced air (50℃68℃) passes vertically through the moving bed, stripping moisture without scorching the oil-rich seed kernels inside.

 

Stage 3: Secondary Hulling, Air Separation & Ton-Bag Packaging

  • Post-Drying Hulling & Winnowing: As the outer cone shells become dry and brittle, they pass through an inline rotary separator and air winnower. The system cleanly splits and separates outer hull fragments from the inner golden cypress seed kernels.

  • Bulk Packaging Output: Cleaned, dry, golden-brown seed kernels are continuously conveyed into food-grade bulk ton bags, ready for warehousing or pharmaceutical extraction.
